Meeting with group about proposal

Yesterday some of our group members got together and talked about what we need to do and what needs to be put in our proposal. We have a proposal seminar on Tuesday next week so I am going to do a short draft of a proposal over the weekend and on Monday we can share ideas on how it could be changed or improved ready to show on Tuesday. Unfortunately, some of our group members are away in Barcelona but we have placed the meeting schedule and will also post the proposal on the Facebook group to keep them updated.
